By registering for Brave Girl Symposium 2017 you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Registrations are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to you within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
The registration fee includes admission to all sessions of Brave Girl Symposium plus lunch and dinner on Friday & Saturday, a tote bag, access to the Art Rooms and use of the supplies and materials provided there, kits for two (or more) art projects, and live music.
Travel expenses, lodging, and all other meals are not included in the registration fee.
Payment in full must be made 21 days prior to the first day of the symposium. Payment can be made by Visa card, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Note: Registration fee refunds are subject to the cancellation policy. Please see Cancellation Policy for further information.
There is no registration deadline for Brave Girl Symposium. However, when all tickets have been sold, registration may be closed without warning.. Last minute registrations and payments will be taken subject to availability.
We understand that from time to time things come up that might prevent you from attending a workshop or seminar for which you have registered. Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange one of the following options:
Send another Brave Girl to attend in your place. Please notify us of the new attendee's name and contact details no later than June 30th, 2016 to allow us time to make any necessary changes to your registration.
Refund requests received on or before May 1st, 2017 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee. Refunds will not be available for cancellation requests made after May 1st, 2017, or for no-shows. No exceptions.
All substitution and refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address that is linked to the registration. (Support ticket web form submissions will not be accepted as valid refund requests.)
Please allow 4-7 days for processing of all substitution and cancellation requests.
Brave Girls Club LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Brave Girl Symposium due to low registration, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, the registrants will be notified as soon as possible, and registration fees fully refunded, credited or transferred to another event as soon as possible.
Brave Girls Club LLC is not liable for any costs or charges incurred in the event that any event is cancelled or postponed due to low registration numbers or unforeseen circumstances. This includes charges imposed by travel agencies, rental car companies, airlines, shuttle services, and/or hotels. If you need to travel to attend any seminar, we suggest that you talk to your travel agent about the purchase of travel insurance as protection against cancellations, postponements and emergencies.
